Was Terry Wayne Dobbs Listed in Southern Baptist Abuse Investigation Report?

Terry Wayne Dobbs, a former pastor at Yorktown, Indiana’s Old Fashion United Baptist Church, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 13 years in prison in 2017.
